To promote health by providing elderly women(widows) in Uganda with health care services or products that prevent and manage serious threats to health and survival.
-
To relieve conditions attributed to being aged by providing monthly home visits, group support programs, and quarterly gatherings aimed at reducing isolation for elderly women in rural Uganda.

Connecting Hearts and Helping Hands
Building a better future through compassion
For quite some time now, a lot has been done to support the children and orphans from less privileged backgrounds. Their lives have been transformed. But with the aging population the elderly have been left by the wayside.
Majority of older persons in Uganda live in rural areas and work their entire life in subsistence agricultural farming with no social security, hence rendering them highly vulnerable. They live in chronic ill health or disabilities because of lack of regulated healthy living and self-care accruing from overburdened lifestyle.
Aging therefore emerges as a threat among most people especially due to the limited or no welfare and access to geriatric care services.

Update
Dear friends, Board members, donors and well-wishers, KCSE beneficiaries extend their deepest gratitude to you all.
Your generosity is not just financial support, it is a lifeline, a source of dignity, hope, and comfort to those who are often forgotten, and because of you, now feel seen, loved, and valued.
Your support brings more than just food - it brings joy, faith, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Together, we continue this mission with God at the center and love as our guide.
We would like to share good news about Kasabiiti Elivanice (79 years old) who has been experiencing symptoms of Peptic Ulcers for quite a while that eventually caused her an infection. It was an excruciating experience but thanks to the KCSE support, she received a timely treatment. Her condition has steadily improved and she is now up and about. She is continuing to make every effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle and attend regular check-ups.
This was only possible because of support from all of you, friends which facilitated a timely diagnosis and proper medical care.
Once again, thank you all and May God richly bless each one of you.
